Nursery Fees
Our daily rate is £75 and includes all food throughout the day. Please click on the PDF's below to view our current fees and the 15/30 hour funding breakdown.
We have a policy of full day care only, two days a week minimum attendance.
There is a 12.5% discount for a full-time child (only applicable if no funding is claimed).
We do accept all Child Care Vouchers and payments via the Tax Free Childcare Scheme.
Please inform us if you start paying by CCV or change company before payment is due. We cannot reimburse over payments made via this method.
Government Funding
Two Year Old Funding for Families in Receipt of additional support
If your child is eligible for this funding it will begin from the term after their second birthday (you will be informed by Worcester Council if you are entitled to this funding). Your entitlement is 15 hours for 38 weeks of the year. This will be stretched as described in the funding stretch section.
15 hour Funding for 3 and 4 year olds
All children will be eligible for government funding from the term after their third birthday. The entitlement is 15 hours for 38 weeks of the year. This will be stretched as described in the funding stretch section.
30 Hour Funding for Working Parents
You can apply for this funding if you meet the criteria after your baby is 23 weeks old and the funding will start the term after they are 9 months old. The entitlement is 30 hours for 38 weeks of the year. This will be stretched as described in the funding stretch section.
Funding codes must be obtained the term before you are entitled to it.
How we Offer the Funding
We offer 15 hours as follows:
The entitlement of these hours is for 38 weeks a year. The funding will be 'stretched' over the 50 weeks that we are open - this gives you 11.4 granted hours a week. Any remaining hours are to be paid for.
We offer 30 hours as follows:
The entitlement of these hours is for 38 weeks a year. The funding will be 'stretched' over the 50 weeks that we are open - this gives you 22.8 granted hours a week. Any remaining hours are to be paid for.
The 15 hours or 30 hours will not be offered as part time sessions (half days etc.) or as term time only.
